Nathan, a native of Avalon Beach, New South Wales, discovered his passion for dance at the age of seven. His parents noticed his innate ability to dance to any music, prompting them to enroll him in dance classes. Nathan initially trained at Lamont Dance School in Avalon Beach under the guidance of Aryana Lamont.

At the age of 14, Nathan’s journey led him to Melbourne, where he joined The Australian Ballet School. Following his graduation, he became part of the Queensland Ballet’s Young Artist Program. During this time, he had the privilege of performing in iconic works such as George Balanchine’s Serenade© and Sir Kenneth McMillan’s Romeo and Juliet.

Nathan officially joined Queensland Ballet in 2015, participating in company tours to Lausanne, London, and Shanghai. In 2016, he joined the corps de ballet of The Australian Ballet, marking the beginning of an impressive career trajectory. His dedication and talent earned him promotions, becoming a coryphée in 2018, a soloist in 2019, and reaching the rank of senior artist in 2022. Nathan’s most recent notable role was portraying ‘Romeo’ in John Cranko’s rendition of Romeo and Juliet.
